Good mannered and polite staff, clean rooms and lobby, free use of washing machines and tumble driers .A simple, but certainly adequate breakfast and a free drink during " happy hour" in the evening.

This hotel is super good that’s out of my expectations. They have a massage chair and a laundry machine in your room which is amazing. Dryer is in the 4th floor and free to use. The free breakfast is delicious and lots of selections. Service of the front desk is great. I give this hotel 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was one of the cheapest hotels I stayed in in Japan, but the room was very comfortable and the hotel gave free alcohol from 6.30-8.30pm, plus free breakfast. The listing only let's you choose smoking rooms, but at least 3 floors of the hotel are completely non-smoking, so be sure to ask. Great value hotel.

The free buffet breakfast was great - a good range of both Japanese and western options plus pastries and desserts. Free massage chairs in the lobby were a nice touch. At happy hour there is free alcohol which is awesome.

The location is close to the city council, so not too far from the middle of the city. You can walk. They have a free drink service time. Beer, whiskey whatever you like. I had a glass of free beer and went out for dinner.

The breakfast is hot and a lot of choices. Very nice price for the stay. 6-8 PM is happy hour, you can have one cup of drink, including draft beer, please do not miss it.

Great location -near restaurants, bars, shops etc. Tram stop is outside or about a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Room was bigger than similar hotels and wasn't needing a refurb like many are.

Everything, the staff were amazing, and always helpful. Always smiling, and ready to help. We stayed for 5 nights, it was wonderful.
